CRT Hub is an open data and analytics platform revolutionizing the flow of information in the structured finance market. Our goal is to create transparency and interoperability in an industry that has too long been closed to too many participants.

Transparency – Information about securitizations will be made available to all participants at a reasonable price and without long term contracts. The deal information includes: Collateral, Bonds and Waterfalls.

Interoperability – Open architecture will allow vendors to build tools and analytics around the platform. Participating Vendors will be able to access all information on the platform.
Company History
Andy Chasen’s original business (Chasen Enterprises) provided a library of RMBS deals to the structured finance industry. That business was sold to Markit in 2006. After leaving Markit in 2009, Andy worked as an advisor to various vendors and buy side firms. During this time, it became apparent that the distribution of information about the structured finance transactions was inefficient and detrimental to the industry.
The vision of a new platform which housed all deterministic information was born. CRT Hub is the first step towards the opening up of data across the structured finance world.
